Meet the staff
With his arrival in the United States in 1904, Leo Lippow quickly began pursuing his entrepreneurial instincts. Throughout the following 44 years, Leo prospered and acquired valuable assets for himself and his family.
In 1948, Leo formed Lippow Development Co. as a vehicle to pass his hard-earned wealth to the next generation of the Lippow family.
With Leo’s passing, his son Sidney Lippow took over the family business. With his persistence, dedication, wisdom and loyalty to the wealth and asset base, Lippow Development Co. grew. Sidney pursued with gusto Leo's philosophy of family ownership and stewardship in successfully promoting the family business legacy for future generations.
Today, LDC is owned and run by Sidney’s children, Larry and Laura, the third generation of Lippows.
Mr. Lippow graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, with majors in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career with Lippow Development Co. in 1979 assisting with the management of Lippow Development Co. apartment complexes. Shortly thereafter, Larry became active in the management of the commercial properties, acquisitions and dispositions.

Former president of the Martinez Education Foundation.
Ms. Lippow joined Lippow Development Co. in 1990 and works on all aspects of company operations including but not limited to property management, sales and acquisitions, risk management, human resources and strategic planning.
Ms. Lippow graduated with honors from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ with a degree in finance and real estate and worked for Arthur Andersen and Co. (Accenture) in Phoenix, AZ for seven years prior to pursuing her dream of working for the family business.
Graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Mapua Institute of Technology, in the Philippines. Migrated to the United States in 2016 and landed her first job at Lippow Development Co. as Administrative Assistant.
