Larry Lippow

President & CEO

Mr. Lippow graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, with majors in Finance and Real Estate. He began his career with Lippow Development Co. in 1979 assisting with the management of Lippow Development Co. apartment complexes. Shortly thereafter, Larry became active in the management of the commercial properties, acquisitions and dispositions.

Former President - Contra Costa Taxpayers Association.

Former president of the Martinez Education Foundation.

Laura Lippow

Executive Vice President

Ms. Lippow joined Lippow Development Co. in 1990. Currently responsible for acquisitions of investment opportunities.

Ms. Lippow graduated from University of Arizona with High Distinction and worked for Accenture as a Manager before pursuing her dream of working for the family business.

Richard Kirkham, CPA

Chief Financial Officer and Secretary/Treasurer

Mr. Kirkham joined Lippow Development Co. in 1998 and has 34 years in financial management, including 7 years as VP of Finance with First American Title Company, and 7 years as Controller for large-scale homeowners association.

Mr. Kirkham is currently responsible for overall financial management, reporting and analysis for Lippow Development Co.

Treasurer of Martinez Education Foundation.

Chuck Gaber

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gaber is responsible for the daily activities of Lippow Development Co. His responsibilities include property operations, personnel and developing and executing the strategic focus for the company.

Mr. Gaber formerly held senior management positions at Grubb & Ellis Co. Positions included President of Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisors, Corporate Vice President of West Coast Operations, and Chief Administrative Officer of Grubb & Ellis Mortgage Services.

Mr. Gaber is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the California Mortgage Association (CMA).

Eva Cuadra

Accounts Payable

Eva joined Lippow Development Co. in 1995.

Eva is responsible for the company website, records management, and office administration.

Eva is licensed as a California Notary.

Dianne Gay

Accounting and Records Management

Dianne joined Lippow Development Co. in 1993.

Responsibilities include accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, customer service and real estate support and administration.

Vincent Lay

Maintenance Technician

Vince is responible for all general maintenance of all Lippow Development Co. properties in Northern California.

Vince joined Lippow Development Co. in 1989.

Brian Aita

Asset and Property Manager

Brian has been with LDC since 2002 and received his Bachelors from Saint Mary's College in 2002.

Brian is responsible for all Northern California property management. In addition, he is responsible for managing all AutoCAD projects.
